On May 26, 2008, our Beijing Office moved to Nexus Center, which is so far the biggest asset under the management of Kailongrei. Nexus Center is a brand new, premier Grade-A office building situated at the East Third Ring Road with convenient transport access. Though it was only handed over to us in Feb, following our marketing and leasing efforts, this building has already attracted many multinational tenants and secured several premium tenants.

Beijing Branch has expanded significantly over the last six months and has been in the urgent need of a more spacious, functional office. Our new office at Nexus Center manifests the attractions of Nexus Center as a Grade-A office, and also our commitment to this investment. This milestone in the development of our Beijing Office has also reflected our dedication to our strategy to grow our investment and asset management activities and teams in North China.
