Soaring growth and demand in China's major and secondary cities is fuelling our vigorous search for superior quality projects. These include residential, office, industrial office, retail as well as mixed-use developments. Strong foreign investment and continued expansion of existing companies is expected to further drive demand in the office and industrial office and residential sectors. Deregulation has increased demand among international retailers hoping to capitalize on China's swelling consumer market. In this expanding environment, the opportunity exists to be creative in realising retail venues situated in more exciting malls, plazas and precincts. Surging population and urbanization means a continuing need for residential apartment buildings in large urban locations.
